As a Data Engineer, you will design and maintain scalable data solutions, optimise data workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities to support business intelligence and analytics. Responsibilities: Develop and manage a high-performance data warehouse. Build and optimise ETL pipelines for seamless data integration. Enhance Power BI reporting and dashboarding. Implement data governance, security, and performance improvements. Support DevOps processes for data and reporting. Experience: 3 years experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI. Strong SQL and ETL development skills. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake) is a plus. NFP, aged care, or disability sector experience is desirable. Additional requirements: Ability to obtain a police check, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening if required.
