You’ll write clean, efficient code, contribute throughout the development lifecycle, and collaborate with product and design to deliver scalable and reliable systems. We Have: A cloud-based contact centre product built with TypeScript, Amazon Connect and AWS A collaborative, passionate team who love everything CX The desire and passion to take our product to the next level An excellent coding and code review culture, with strong coding standards A forward-thinking approach, embarking on our Gen AI journey to spark innovation, elevate our solutions, and streamline everyday workflows You Have: Knowledge Proficiency with ReactJS, nodeJS & various web tools Knowledge of databases, cloud computing and git Practice with API development (such as REST or GraphQL) Exposure to cloud-based web services, such as AWS, Azure or GCP Understanding and experience working with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM/agile) Competencies Great communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and focus on quality assurance Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attributes A curious and proactive learner Organised and focused on delivering results Collaborative and supportive team player Resilient and adaptable under pressure We’d Love It If You Had: Exposure to unified comms, contact centres, or telcos Experience working with Amazon Connect or CX services Good knowledge of AWS services, such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB Experience working with Twilio and/or SendGrid What You’ll Get Up To: Write and maintain code that’s clean, efficient, and reusable to deliver high-quality software and ensure system reliability Create solutions that are technically feasible and designed to support the company’s long-term goals Look for ways to enhance system performance and tackle technical debt, improving overall operational efficiency Collaborate with teammates, QA, product, and design to understand requirements and align technical work with business objectives Take part in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices, ensuring a robust and maintainable codebase Build and maintain automated tests to confirm software functionality and reduce the chance of defects Share your expertise with the team to encourage continuous learning and drive improvement You’ll Work With: Other developers in the product team Product and design Senior leaders, such as the Head of Engineering and CTO Our CloudWave Values (C-ROAR): Collaboration : Teamwork makes the dream work.
