Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Take the lead role in the promotion, management and enforcement of on-site safety, including monitoring of site safety, completion of safety administration and a proactive approach to rectification with a focus on all services related trades. Assist the project team with detailed planning of project specific risk assessments, shut down scheduling, existing services decommissioning and make safe to enable the commencement of demolition works or services cut over’s from existing to new Lead the coordination of services within the project team on projects with large and complex services components Monitor, review and comment on services drawings with Project Managers Work with project team or Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) on identification of requirements for commissioning of services. Provide innovation and leadership with regards to sustainability on projects. Skills And Experiences To be considered for this role you will have the following: Mechanical Engineering qualifications Construction Safety Induction (white) card At least 8 experience in the construction industry In-depth expertise in services installation and management in the construction process Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements and standards In-depth knowledge of key project performance measures, client and builder obligations Well-developed ability to identify and control risk during conversion and construction periods If you have the suitable skills & experience and would like to take the next step in your career, APPLY NOW
