Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support at every stage of the development process. Collaborate with product management and other departments to align software development efforts with business objectives. Oversee project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. Participate in architectural and design decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable software solutions. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a track record of leading development teams. Strong technical skills in software development, with proficiency in programming languages applicable to our tech stack. Experience with agile development methodologies and project management best practices. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development and performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for software engineering and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
