Senior Civil Engineer — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers competent of running their own projects for a Senior Civil Engineer opportunity based in Brisbane working on large, masterplan residential developments. In this role you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with Tier 1 developers; Supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the team; Ensuring projects are being managed from a commercial perspective and assisting to ensure the successful delivery of the projects on budget and on time; Ensuring ongoing professional development aspirations are met. To be successful in your application you'll have experience as follows: 5-15 years' experience as a Civil Engineer (ideally RPEQ) in Australia, preferably in QLD; Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information to clients related to large, masterplan developments; Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills; Strong consulting and client management skills. Proven project delivery capabilities.
