Job Description Reporting to the Engineering Lead (Polymers), you will provide subject matter expertise (SME) to: Ensure all activities are conducted and managed in accordance with agreed Health, Safety and Environment practices and procedures. Manage the development and execution of the 14-day area maintenance plan. Assists in the development of the Area annual PM plan and criticality reviews. Ensure compliance to established planning and scheduling procedures. Develop and coordinate the execution of minor shutdowns and major equipment overhauls. Coordinate and provide technical support for Major Turnarounds events. Support Area Maintenance Lead in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives, including business plans, KPI’s, budget development and cost tracking. Provide leadership and technical support for trade teams. Be the point of contact for technical issues of area assets including cost/benefit decisions on repair methods. Develop and implement plant changes in accordance with ‘Management of Change’ procedures. Provide planning, coordination and technical support for external vendors and contractors for equipment replacement or rectification. Stay current with regulations, industry standards, and technology and industry developments.
