This is a very broad role in which you’ll take a top down approach to reviewing, analyzing and improving our software development life cycle. You’ll need to have had experience working in small engineering teams with a high degree of autonomy and with significant responsibility for delivering custom solutions. You’ll collaborate with other engineers, designers, the Product Quality team, and our Executive. What you’ll do Analyze user requirements to design and develop features and solutions. Develop and automate software unit and system testing for all code to ensure quality. Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards. Modify existing software to fix software bugs and refactor code as needed to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Implement recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards. Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components. Skills Experiences of six years more preferred Bachelor diploma Interest and experience with low-level development Deep familiarity with programming languages and IT tools like:C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, MySQL, etc. in a commercial context Understanding of performance optimization issues in low-latency, real-time applications Excellent communicator with the ability to build consensus and communicate priority and purpose In 1-3 months, you will… Familiarize yourself with our team structure and workflows Complete the company onboarding process and get to know your colleagues Build an understanding of our product development practices, processes and frameworks Begin to develop relationships with key stakeholders, team leaders and members of the executive team In 3-6 months, you will… Take ownership of your first initiatives Provide support to our existing products Prepare and support the execution of core product features Establish relationships with inter-departmental key stakeholders In 6-12 months, you will… Become familiar with company’s creative product portfolio Become an integral and contributing part of our engineering team We want to hear from you Our recruitment process is made to provide you with opportunities for you to show us what you’re capable of, instead of assessing you solely on your CV.
