The Role: The Senior Systems Engineer will play a key role in the ServiceNow ITOM program, responsible for implementing infrastructure components, configuring virtual server infrastructure, and ensuring connectivity across multiple domains. You will provide technical support to both internal teams and third-party platforms while driving infrastructure and network services changes to meet business and technology needs. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure ServiceNow MID servers (Windows) and integrate ServiceNow software. Deploy software agents to assets across different domains. Set up accounts and access for automated discovery through various domains. Assist in firewall rule design and implementation. Plan and manage technical changes to IT infrastructure, ensuring security and business alignment. Support and maintain Windows server environments, including disaster recovery. Monitor and maintain server inventory and performance, ensuring high availability and resiliency. Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement, automation, and value delivery. Perform root-cause analysis for support incidents and contribute to issue resolution. Advocate for engineering standards and best practices. Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies. Experience with VMware (vSphere, vCenter) and Windows server management. Knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, and systems performance monitoring. Ability to plan, deploy, and manage patches and updates across environments. Expertise in technical diagnostics and architecture. This role requires a proactive approach to systems management and collaboration across various teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of the ServiceNow ITOM program.
