Overview: Our host company is looking for an enthusiastic Environmental Engineering Intern to support project estimations and assist in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to learning. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and establish relationships with contractors and vendors. Conduct research on environmental aspects of construction materials, transport, labor, and equipment. Assist in the preparation of project estimates and gather necessary documentation. Communicate with the lead estimator and support the project team with updates and schedules. Review and analyze data and documents related to environmental compliance and risk assessments. Advocate for high-quality execution of environmental policies and procedures. Track key operational standards and prepare related reports. Identify and report any environmental risks and hazards. Requirements: Candidates must be willing to learn and demonstrate proactivity. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to multitask effectively. Minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months, with a preference for candidates willing to accept a job offer after the internship. Availability for 5 days per week from the start date.
