Lead Mechanical Engineer — East Perth, Perth

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components across a range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components, including prototypes and production-ready designs Conduct testing and analysis of mechanical systems to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering technology Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD Experience with mechanical testing and analysis techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills
