The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Engineer Level 2 to join our process engineering team and provide technical leadership, project delivery, and client engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring engineering excellence, building strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality engineering solutions on time and within scope. Lead technical analysis, design development, and process optimisation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. What You’ll Bring to the role Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in water, wastewater or recycled water, infrastructure design, construction or operation, Experience with water network modelling and/or GIS systems is desirable but not essential, Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes. Strong project management, leadership, and client engagement skills. Passion for continuous improvement and innovation. Why Join CMP?
