Key responsibilities include: Monthly certification of progress claims Review and submission of cash flows Monthly review of project programs Management of request for information (RFIs) and variations Coordination of contractor interfaces Conducting comprehensive quality audits Managing weekly meetings, including council interactions You'll be instrumental in delivering master-planned communities that integrate: Thoughtfully designed residential neighborhoods Strategic placement of shops and schools Recreational facilities Integrated transport hub access Carefully planned green spaces What Type of Person Will Be Successful We're seeking a civil engineer who thrives on making a tangible impact.
