About the role As a Graduate Engineer in our Engineering stream, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior engineers and field-based employees. Your main responsibility will be to contribute to the provision of engineering solutions that ensure the safety, integrity, and efficiency of our network. In this role, you will have the opportunity to put your power systems, renewable or electrical engineering skills into practice whilst gaining hands-on experience in both office and field environments. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, learning from their expertise and contributing to real projects. This diverse exposure will enable you to develop a well-rounded skill set and make a meaningful impact on our operations. What you will deliver Support, develop and lead engineering initiatives to maximise the performance of our energy networks. Provide information and analysis relating to the operation of our energy networks to support effective decisions and solutions Provide regular feedback and collate information to contribute to reporting on operational issues or incidents. Perform analysis and reviews to ensure operations remain resilient. Partner with key stakeholders to understand their drivers and challenges. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver effective business outcomes and deliver projects.
