ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer to oversee a multimillion-dollar tank project in Perth. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in managing complex, high-value construction projects. Main Duties: Lead engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that quality, budget, and timeline targets are achieved. Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance teams. Conduct thorough risk assessments and establish effective risk mitigation strategies. Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications. Mentor junior engineers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Oversee permanent works design, post-tensioned base slab construction, precasting, wall panel stitching, and large-scale pours. Manage horizontal post-tensioning, internal column casting, and waterproofing activities. Work closely with in-house design teams to ensure project goals are achieved effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in engineering project management. Proficient in MS Project or similar project management tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
