DevOps Engineer with Azure — Denistone West, Ryde Area

· Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure in Azure Public Cloud Platform. · Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers · Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes · Testing and examining code written by others and analysing results. · Apply industry best-practice for operationalizing our growing cloud infrastructure with up-to-date security and compliance to various standards and regulations. · Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’ · Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements · Evaluating and on-boarding security tools such as Fortify, Nexus IQ, SonarQube vulnerability and open source scanning into the Security DevOps life cycle for multiple tech stacks. · Driving continuous improvement to both the Security DevOps pipelines and processes, and to the Information Security tools, services, and processes. Experience · Experience working in an agile, DevOps/SecDevOps environment. · Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or other related engineering fields. · Ability to assess the requirement, environment and suggest right tools / technologies · Hands on experience on Kubernetes and containerization technologies like Docker and Azure Container Registry · Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting · Expertise in Automated deployments using CI/CD principles · Expertise in Debugging and providing solutions and workarounds · Hands-on experience with REST APIs and consuming from .Net Technologies and PowerShell · Knowledge on Azure Databricks and its architecture / framework · Knowledge on Azure Machine Learning Service and its architecture / framework · Knowledge on different monitoring and logging solutions available on Cloud, preferably on Azure · Expertise on Azure App Service · Excellent communication, presentation, and coding abilities
