A well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Melbourne's southern suburbs is looking for a Level 3 Engineer with MSP experience to join their support team. This role is primarily office-based, with occasional onsite client visits. About the Role: You'll be providing technical support to a diverse client base, resolving IT issues, and working on cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and managed services. This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience in a tight-knit team while working closely with senior IT professionals. What You’ll Need: 2-3 years of MSP experience Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Exchange & Exchange Online Experience with backup solutions & disaster recovery Exposure to virtualisation & hosted environments Experience working across servers, cloud, M365, desktops, and laptops Windows server migration exp desirable Security knowledge, including Essential 8 and ISO27001 Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and baseline networking principles Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Monitor and manage client environments, ensuring smooth operation Assist with projects, cloud migrations, and software installations Utilise MSP tools and remote monitoring platforms effectively What’s on Offer?
