Salesforce Support Engineer (Part time) — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to take ownership of our day-to-day Salesforce work. This part-time role (approx. 2 days per week ) is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving and business collaboration. You'll be the go-to person for managing requests, implementing enhancements, and ensuring Salesforce runs smoothly for our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of Salesforce support and enhancements , including new data, fields, reports, and automation Work closely with our onshore analyst/business liaison to understand and prioritize requests Provide clear communication and recommendations on Salesforce improvements Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues to maintain system reliability Document configurations and changes to support future enhancements Collaborate with teams across the business to optimize Salesforce usage REQUIREMENTS Hands-on Salesforce experience – you don’t need to be a senior expert, but you should be confident in SFDC admin tasks Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders Ability to work independently and take ownership of ongoing SFDC work Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, or Apex (nice to have) Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions Familiarity with reporting and dashboards to support business insights A curious problem solver who isn’t afraid to ask questions and dig into requirements
