TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Design Engineers in Sydney CBD for an opportunity with an award-winning international engineering consultancy known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across a wide range of complex building projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on urban development and public domain projects, with expertise across, drainage, and stormwater software and strong report writing skills. The Role: Leading the design and documentation of complex urban development and public domain projects, including earthworks, sewage, roads, drainage, and stormwater systems. Driving the use of 12D and advanced stormwater software to develop innovative and efficient engineering solutions. Managing collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Overseeing the preparation of high-quality designs, reports, specifications, and technical documentation. Conducting and supervising site inspections and assessments to inform strategic design decisions. Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers and drafters, ensuring excellence in project outcomes. About You: 7 years of experience in civil design engineering, with a focus on urban development and public domain projects Proficiency using Civil 3D/12D and associated water software, including MUSIC, etc. Obtained or working towards CPEng Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
