NXT GIG is looking for a talented Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us enhance our software delivery processes through Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, and ensuring efficient collaboration between development and operations teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to deploy reliable cloud solutions while maintaining best practices for security and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services and a thorough understanding of cloud-based architectures. Responsibilities Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to facilitate rapid software development and deployment. Manage cloud resources within Microsoft Azure, optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with development teams to integrate Azure DevOps practices and improve application delivery. Automate workflows and routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in Azure environments. Document processes, system configurations, and architectural designs for team reference. Stay up to date with the latest Azure features and DevOps practices to continuously improve our processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or in a similar role focused on Azure. Strong understanding of Azure DevOps Services, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform. Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills in languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
