No worries, flexible working hours on offer Market leading company with strong pipeline of work - newly created role to help with the volume Family-oriented, supportive work culture The Role You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing structural projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Your day-to-day will include: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. Liaising with clients, contractors, and team members to keep projects running smoothly. Troubleshooting technical issues and problem-solving challenges as they arise. Ensuring projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards. Managing budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination, engineering, or construction. Strong communication & organizational skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
