About the Role As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable data solutions in a cloud-based environment. You’ll work in a DevOps setting, ensuring data assets are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to AI initiatives and projects. What You’ll Do Develop and implement enterprise-scale data solutions in a cloud environment Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with efficient data modeling Write and maintain Python and SQL-based data processing solutions Work with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataform/DBT, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Functions, and GCS Enhance data warehousing capabilities, ensuring high-quality data processing and analytics Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions What We’re Looking For 5 years of enterprise data engineering experience in a cloud-based environment. Strong Python programming and complex SQL query expertise Proven experience with GCP data services and data warehousing concepts Ability to model, format, and prepare data for analytics and reporting. Strong communication skills to liaise with both business and technical teams Nice to Have Experience with Dataform/DBT Background in Financial Services
