They operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office - Macquarie Park Location. The role is an initial 6-month contract that will be ongoing for up to 24 months. The role: Perform end-to-end testing across mobile, web, connected TV applications, and backend APIs. Work within Agile teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Conduct testing in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities. Execute tests for video streaming & OTT technologies, ensuring seamless user experiences. Validate streaming protocols such as HLS, CMAF, and DASH. Utilize network package tracing tools like Charles Proxy and Wireshark for troubleshooting. Manage and oversee vendor deliveries, ensuring they meet quality and performance expectations. Prioritize workload based on business strategy and key objectives. Your Skills End-to-End Testing Video Streaming & OTT Technologies: Hands-on experience with HLS, CMAF, DASH, MPEG-DASH. Network & Protocol Analysis: Proficiency with Wireshark, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or tcpdump. API Testing: Strong skills in Postman, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP UI. Test Automation: Experience with frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright. Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket Pipelines. Scripting & Coding: Ability to write scripts in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Shell scripting for automation.
