As a Controls Support Engineer, you will be at the heart of Vanderlande’s cutting-edge automated facility in Moorebank, Sydney, ensuring our world-class logistics systems run smoothly for our customer. This is more than just fixing issues – you’re the frontline expert, diving deep into root cause analysis to prevent future disruptions. You’ll be the go-to specialist for high-level software challenges, collaborating with global service desks, the Melbourne team, and on-site service teams to keep operations running seamlessly, 24/7. What You’ll Be Doing Own the system – Quickly resolve High Level Software issues and keep things moving Think beyond the fix – Perform root cause analysis and look for long-term solutions Be the expert – Log and process customer requests in our ITSM system Be flexible – Work Monday to Friday between 06:00 – 22:00 onsite, with weekend on-call rotations What You Bring ✔️Strong communication Skills ✔️ A technical mindset (automation experience is a plus, but we’ll train you) ✔️ Interest in ICT Infrastructure, SQL, and PLSQL ✔️ Strong English communication skills to engage with teams and customers ✔️ A flexible, problem-solving attitude to tackle complex issues head-on Why Join Us?
