12 12 12 month contract - Baseline clearance JAVA, SQL (PostGRES), Grafana, GitLab, Ansible, VROPS, Elastic, Prometheus Implement, manage and retire the infrastructure- physical, virtual, networking and cloud Our client, a large Federal government department based in Tuggeranong, ACT, requires an experienced Infrastructure Engineer for a 12 12 12 month contract. Duties Develop data collection or monitoring solutions. Maintain in-house Capacity Management system tool (Compass) along with other monitoring tools. Implement data collection methods across different platforms and technologies. Implement data collection feeds from other monitoring tools and configuration databases (Grafana, VROPS, Elastic, Prometheus, etc.) Maintain architectural documentation to support Compass. Develop reporting solutions to meet business requirements. Produce dashboards and add reporting capabilities into Compass as required. Investigations or analysis into the capacity or performance of applications and systems. Assist in Java development, SQL, Unix, or Docker. Provide architectural directions for capacity alerting and reporting solutions.
