Conduct structural analyses and produce detailed calculations. Review and refine designs for compliance and budget alignment. Engage with clients to understand and meet their needs. Provide regular updates to clients, addressing concerns proactively. Manage design-related costs throughout the project lifecycle. Validate all structural designs for accuracy and compliance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high standards. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 2-5 years' experience in structural engineering focused on housing projects. Proficient in design and analysis software like Space Gass, Inducta, AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget. Able to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car.
