Sales Engineer — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

As our Sales Engineer, you will lead, promote, and grow Emerson's Energy and Transportation Solutions (ETS) business (RTUs, Flow Computers & SCADA) across Australia and New Zealand, by imparting expert technical and business strategic advice to new and existing customers. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Build and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing onshore & offshore customers operating across Australian & New Zealand in Oil & Gas, Mining and other industries and pursue RTU, Flow Computer and midstream SCADA business. - Provide a senior level of face-to-face customer contact supported by phone, email and virtual interactions to engage closely with EPC, OEM & other business partners in the region. - Respond to enquiries from customers and provide quotations for products, solutions and projects. - Conduct and assist marketing events and technology road shows. - Handle and implement pricing structure for end users, resellers and other business partners. - Conduct product demonstrations. - Provide general and technical support of products. - Conduct analysis and research to gain an understanding of the customer base and keep abreast of any changes to the market, competitors, technology and the industry in general. - Other duties as directed.
