About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Subsea Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer with expertise in AutoPIPE and Abaqus , who can provide technical leadership and support for subsea pipeline projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform pipeline design, analysis, and integrity assessments using AutoPIPE and Abaqus. Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and pipeline stress analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and design documentation. Support project planning, risk assessments, and decision-making processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Offshore Engineering (or related field). 5 years of experience in subsea pipeline engineering . Proficiency in AutoPIPE and Abaqus for pipeline analysis. Strong understanding of offshore pipeline codes and standards (e.g., DNVGL, ASME, API). Experience in fatigue, buckling, and thermal analysis. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. This role is Perth base, candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
