As a Quality Engineering Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and driving our quality engineering strategy, ensuring our systems and solutions are cutting-edge, scalable, and meet the highest standards. About the Role: As a Quality Engineering Lead , you will: Define and implement a quality-first mindset across teams Champion automation, performance engineering, and continuous testing Collaborate with leaders & stakeholders across the organisation to align quality practices with business objectives Develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development Ensure cutting-edge testing frameworks and tools are in place to support automated CI/CD pipelines Partner with Cyber Security to incorporate risk mitigation controls into our quality processes A bit about you: 8 years of experience in software/quality engineering in enterprise environments 5 years of leadership experience, mentoring and developing teams Expertise in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Strong background in test automation (ideally in Playwright) and performance engineering Hands-on experience with cloud, mobile, and SaaS testing frameworks Passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation A bit about us: Working in a collaborative team environment within a supportive and engaged organisation, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work model, access to personalised learning and development opportunities and the holistic support of our health and wellbeing program.
