Primary activities include major system enhancements to provision key regulatory changes and on-going development to a critical system that supports over 25 million transactions per month. What You'll Do Design and development of software solutions according to development standards, with the goal of providing reliable, stable and operationally sound application that meet business requirements. Provide 3rd level of support to internal and external customers for Production and Business Continuity environments, as well as all test systems (including Quality Assurance, User Acceptance - Member test environments). Execution of non-functional testing required by projects and software releases. Performance analysis and potential improvement of run-time processes under OpenVMS OS Database performance tuning including design of RDB storage areas, tables and indexes. Maintenance of technical documentation required by the team for operational support. Desktop and server-side software installation and configuration of systems/environments that are supported within the team. Consistently apply tools, standards, methods and processes in developing solutions to ensure that quality applications are developed with consistent maintainable code which supports risk and compliance management.
