About You You’re a driven structural engineer with a sharp eye for design, a passion for engineering, and a desire to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment. You’ll bring: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3–6 years of post-graduate experience working within Australia. Ideally you will have some experience working on Education and Health care projects. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or are on the pathway to achieving it. Strong working knowledge of Australian Codes and Standards. Proficiency in structural design and analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, and SPACE GASS (or equivalent). Familiarity with tools like Inducta (SLB, Columns, Building), Strand7, and RAPT. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams. A proactive, career-focused mindset—ready to take the next step. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. The Opportunity This role will see you involved in the full project lifecycle—from concept to completion—on a diverse range of healthcare, education and residential developments. You’ll have the opportunity to: Deliver structural design solutions for complex buildings and infrastructure. Manage projects end-to-end, with direct client interaction and technical ownership. Prepare high-quality documentation, calculations, and technical reports. Carry out site visits, inspections, and structural assessments.
