Instead of competing for tender work, you'll manage established client relationships and oversee projects from concept to completion. Your role extends beyond technical engineering—you'll have direct client contact, providing elegant solutions to meet the needs of even the most discerning developers. You'll influence standards and systems within the business while managing a team that consistently exceeds client expectations.
