Lead Structural Engineer — Sydney, Sydney Region

If you are a Senior OR Principal Structural Design Engineer with a proven history in leading teams of junior engineers and drafters - then we want to hear from you urgently. This is a genuine, newly created role for a client who demands that their employees are confident in not only their project delivery experience but also in their client relationship skills and people management abilities. All will be put to the test The role itself is within a successful multi-disciplinary consulting and project management company - where this role is to be based in a thriving central Sydney office. Responsibilities of the role will include but is not limited to the following: Detailed design and supervision of design across complex residential, commercial and industrial buildings projects Project Risk & Feasibility analysis Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary delivery teams. IE Mechanical, Electrical, ESD Bid and tender experience Key client relationship management Coaching and mentoring Complex structural analysis and advisory services The role without a doubt will suit an ambitious experienced engineer who would like to "fine-tune" their client-side skills and project leadership capability.
