Technical Support Engineer | Multiple Roles | NV1 or Baseline Clearance Required | Brisbane-Based We're hiring skilled Technical Support Engineers to join a high-performing team delivering innovative software solutions. You’ll work alongside developers, analysts, and subject matter experts to support critical products and systems. To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 or Baseline security clearance and be based in Brisbane. What you’ll do: Support commercial software across multiple customer environments Deliver technical support, maintenance, and upgrades Troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, and database issues Manage incidents and provide innovative, timely solutions Maintain clear documentation in tools like ServiceNow Operate within CI environments and modern DevOps tooling Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and analysts Participate in an after-hours on-call support roster Represent the team onsite with customers as needed Prioritise tasks to meet SLAs and work autonomously Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture What you bring: 3 years’ SQL experience (advanced queries, optimisation) Hands-on Azure experience with strong troubleshooting skills Broad technical skills across platforms and cloud environments Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly Background in software engineering or ability to read code is a plus Qualifications (preferred but not essential): Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals / Database Admin ITIL Foundation Certification Experience in public sector or public safety environments For more information contact Nat on 0430 292 875 or Natalieblackroc.co
