12 12 12 month contract - July 2025 start $115 - $125 per hour (inc-Super) NV2 Security Clearance required Barton Address, Canberra ACT Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, responsible for foreign policy, relations & trade, are Seeking the experience of a Junior Network Engineer 121212 month contract based in Canberra ACT. Duties of the Junior Network Engineer Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems Support the configuration and deployment of network devices and systems, ensuring compliance with security protocols and government standards. Diagnose and resolve network issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Desirable Skills and Experience Knowledge of basic networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Exposure to Cisco networking equipment or other vendor technologies. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and network management systems. Previous experience in government or highly regulated enterprise environments.
