We are currently seeking experienced Drainers and Mechanical Engineering Technicians to join our team in Kwinana Beach in full time roles. Drainers Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Drainer and hold a relevant qualification. The Drainer shall: Value the input and advice of Managers, Supervisors, employees and subcontractors and work with them to provide systems and processes that are lawful, correct, concise and most importantly, provide value and project excellence. Work with teams to understand the task, the risks, and to provide reasonably practicable outcomes at the highest practicable level. Always be open and approachable; be humble. Explain and communicate any issues or concerns; consult with managers, employees, and third-party specialists (when required), and work to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. Partake in a positive company culture driven by our core values. Applicants will also: Hold a valid C Class Driver's Licence. Have experience and certification in PVC pipelaying, including water and wastewater systems. Be proficient in high-pressure water jetting and asset inspection via CCTV. Be trained in confined space entry, gas testing, and working at heights. Be professional, reliable, and adaptable with strong attention to detail. Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and alignment with company values. Display a "Humble, Hungry, and Smart" attitude. Mechanical Engineering Technicians Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician and hold a relevant qualification. The Mechanical Engineering Technicians shall: Display 'Due Diligence' in all HSEQ matters and champion the implementation of the Project HSEQ Management Plans. Together with the management team lead by example, modelling behaviours expected from all personnel. Actively promote performance objectives to the entire team, Crews and Subcontractors. Value the input and advice of Managers, Superintendents, employees and subcontractors and work with them to provide value and HSEQ excellence. Always be open and approachable; be humble Work to ensure all persons on site are understanding of the tasks and the effective implementation of all controls. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Proficiency with various computer software systems. A salary between $100,000 - $120,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
