We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer who doesn’t just build interfaces—they craft visual stories. If working across multiple high performing products, ecommerce storefronts and products that enable seamless bookings and integration then this is a role for you. Key Responsibilities Intensively collaborate in the development of BRG’s public-facing web applications and eCommerce storefronts , focusing on beautiful, intuitive, and performant UI . Partner closely with UX/UI designers to bring ideas to life, from concept to implementation—with a keen eye for pixel-perfection and interactivity . Develop modular, reusable components using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, SCSS, etc.). Translate complex requirements into engaging front-end experiences with motion, animation, and responsive layouts that feel polished and smooth. Champion best practices in front-end architecture, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility . Work with product teams to prototype, iterate, and validate ideas quickly, making bold design/tech suggestions grounded in feasibility. Working closely with product management and GTM business owners to understand UX needs and their business, turn business requirements into technical solutions that wow our customers Keeping abreast of latest developments in web and mobile user interface frameworks, techniques and technologies. Experience and Skills Required Over 5 years of experience as a Front-End Software with a strong focus on modern HTML5, CSS3, and expertise in React framework, Next.js and Node.js, extensive knowledge of TypeScript Ecommerce, consumer, B2B and transactional experience is essential Strong ability to work cross-functionally with back-end engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs Experience in designing, developing and maintaining fairly complex and performant front ends with modular and reusable components. Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design, and accessibility. Experience building visually rich , component-based interfaces with high attention to UX and aesthetics . Familiarity with design systems , brand expression through UI , and working closely with Figma/Miro/Sketch/Adobe XD. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Extras Cypress testing framework Micro frontends AWS/GCP experience What’s In It For You?
