Job Description Your Opportunity We’re looking for a Domain Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Practice team. In this role, you’ll leverage your technical skills to develop, maintain, and support innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the payments industry. From designing and building scalable systems to ensuring seamless integration with key technologies, your work will directly impact millions of users. You’ll also make an impact by: - As part of the Domain Leadership team, partner on defining and executing technology strategies across the Domain as well as Enterprise Technology Service Practice strategies and pattern uplift - Responsible for investigating and adopting new technologies and tools that can improve processes, boost productivity, and reduce costs. - Ensure that the most appropriate toolkits are readily available to facilitate efficient delivery and operational support. - Encourage a culture of innovation and agility, provide clear processes and tool access for engineers to support the rapid prototyping of product ideas and features. - Monitor and generate reports on the health, capacity, and performance of systems, leveraging metrics and other indicators to detect potential issues or areas that require improvement. - Ensure that engineers follow the lifecycle management strategies established by architects, the practices and principles for the build and delivery of software to agreed engineering principles and that they are appropriately maintained, managed, and regularly reviewed throughout the entire lifecycle. - - - Qualifications What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you’ll have: - Deciding & initiating action - Applying expertise & technology - Delivering results & meeting customer expectations - Change and alignment - Persuading & influencing - Adapting & responding to change - Coping with pressures & setbacks - - - Additional Information Why Cuscal?
