Provide BAU and project support to a variety of clients, both in person and remotely. Opportunities to assist with infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, storage management, and system migrations. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments Server administration and management of M365. Configure and support networking devices and firewalls (Fortinet). Work with virtualization technologies (VMware) and backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, ShadowProtect) Troubleshoot and resolve network related issues. Maintain detailed technical documentation.
