Position Overview Seeking two Electronics Engineers to join a multinational defence supplier specialising in cutting-edge technology solutions for military applications. Our client develops advanced systems designed to enhance operational effectiveness and readiness for defence personnel worldwide. This work directly supports an overseas project, offering the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical systems with international impact. Key details: Multiple 6-month contracts Start dates end May/Early June Fulltime on-site in SE Melbourne Must be Australian Citizen to apply . Key Responsibilities: Design and development of electronic systems, including circuit boards, power distribution, and embedded control systems Conduct testing, verification, and validation of electronic systems to meet rigorous standards Document processes, design specifications, and testing outcomes in Confluence for future reference and collaboration. Ensure designs comply with defence regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance requirements Collaborate within a medium-sized, multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience in electronic system design, preferably in the defence or aerospace sectors Proficiency in PCB design and embedded systems Experience with Altium Designer, MATLAB, Simulink, and embedded C/C++ Familiarity with defence standards Australian Citizen, with ability to obtain and maintain Australian Security Clearance If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take your career to the next level, please apply in Word format (PDF also accepted).
