About the role Our client is a leading financial services organisation seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions tailored to construction projects. Monitor and optimise hybrid environments for performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to integrate cloud-based tools and applications. Automate deployment processes and infrastructure management to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and industry regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the Azure environment. Stay updated on Azure advancements and recommend improvements for the cloud strategy. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS services in large-scale deployments. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
