Description The Opportunity: Structural Engineer Melbourne We’re growing, and our Melbourne Structural team is playing a key role in this exciting journey. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Structural Engineer to join our talented team, reporting to an experienced Associate Director. If you’re eager to take your engineering career to the next level and work on diverse, meaningful projects – we want to hear from you. In this role, you will: Take ownership of planning and managing resources for small to medium-sized projects or key parts of larger projects Apply deep engineering knowledge to design and deliver smart solutions Collaborate closely with senior staff to tackle complex problems with innovative thinking Prepare high-quality designs, documentation, specifications, reports, and fee proposals Ensure deliverables align with client requirements and project timelines Skills And Experiences About you : This role is ideally suited to someone with: Bachelor’s degree in engineering Membership with Engineers Australia (required) CPEng / NER Strong background in structural engineering; nominally 2-3 years’ experience. Understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards. Problem solving/analytical skills. Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex nature. Advanced skills in productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality outputs Why TTW?
