IBM Engineer — Pialligo, North Canberra

Job Description About the Company Our client works every day to support their clients’ growth in the era of AI and to deliver mission-critical operations at scale with security, reliability, performance and compliance. About the role We are looking for IBM Engineers with various skillsets. The roles will involve replacing all physical IBM DataPower Gateway appliances within the client sides environment with equivalent virtual appliances. Role Responsibilities Request shell VM’s from CP and SITE to host IBM DataPower virtual appliance images Request FW rule updates to include new IP’s Replace the existing IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) appliances with the latest version of ISAM (up to N-1). Migrate all data and functionalities across to new server. Current version is 9.0.6.0. Infrastructure Virtualisation Firewall Rule Updates The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team collaboration skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and clear communication and stakeholder management.
