Senior Structural Engineer — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

TalentWeb is proud to be partnering with an international, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy to source a Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects and deliver concept and detailed design of large commercial, education and health projects in Brisbane CBD. You'll work on D&C and ECI projects above $400M with tier 1 and tier 2 contractors, as well as project managers and architects around the $20M-$40M mark and are heavier on detailed design. In this role you'll be responsible for: Providing technical and project leadership to the engineering team, including a Senior Engineer and intermediates, graduates; Supporting the Associate Structural Engineers with business development and technical delivery activities for the Brisbane based structural engineering team; Liaising with clients, new and existing, on project finances and status updates. To be successful in your application you'll have the following: 7 years' experience as a Structural Engineer in Australia; Prior experience working on steel and concrete commercial, health and education projects as well as large industrial and data centre projects; Confidence in your abilities speaking and engaging with head contractors, architects and project managers on project updates and business development; RPEQ/CPEng accreditation.
