Project Engineer - Manufacturing — Perth, Perth Region

Austcorp Executive are partnering with a well established design, manufacture and service provider of heavy transport equipment. They work closely with the mining, construction, agricultural and general freight industries throughout Australia. To aid in their continued growth the team are looking to recruit an experienced Project Engineer - Manufacturing to aid in streamlining production processes and interfacing between the engineering, production and procurement teams. As the Project Engineer - Manufacturing your duties will include: Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize resource utilisation. Contribute to updates and improvements in fabrication and assembly procedures to enhance efficiency and quality Liaise between design, procurement and engineering team with any critical updates and highlight any improvements. Oversee design change throughout the manufacturing process. Ensure accurate BOMs are entered and maintained in ERP. About you: Tertiary qualification in Engineering Previous experience with Electric and Hydraulic systems (Highly Regarded). Proficiency in CAD software and production design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Highly regarded).
