About the Role We’re seeking a highly capable and pragmatic ERP Consultant with expertise in TechOne and a solid understanding of labour capitalisation and project accounting. This is a strategic 6-month engagement, with strong potential to extend based on project momentum. You will play a pivotal role in refining and enhancing timesheeting module within TechnologyOne, directly impacting how labour is capitalised and reported across the business. This isn't a full-scale ERP implementation – it's a targeted, high-value improvement initiative. You’ll join a collaborative team working closely with capital planning, finance, and HR stakeholders to shape and deliver a smart, streamlined timesheeting solution. Key Responsibilities Manage the enhancement or redesign of the TechOne timesheeting module, aligning with labour capitalisation and OPEX-to-CAPEX tracking needs. Interpret and apply a rate card model to attribute labour and staffing cost for CAPEX reporting. Collaborate with internal ERP team and embedded TechOne consulting firm Participate in the commissioning and interpretation of an IT advisory study, shaping the implementation roadmap based on findings. Ensure delivery is within the scoped and timeframes. Work closely with HR to align functionality with business processes. About You Strong knowledge of TechnologyOne (TechOne) – especially in module configuration, timesheeting, and rate card models. Experience in project-based accounting, capital planning, and labour cost capitalisation. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities evolve. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills – across finance, HR, IT, and consulting. Able to work autonomously deliver outcomes independently.
