More About the Role at PEXA About The Role Join an existing agile squad in PEXA's Lodgement team that's delivering additional functionality to the PEXA Exchange platform, enabling electronic conveyancing across Australia! As a Tech Lead, you'll lead and guide your team of engineers through mentoring, pairing and reviewing code, while utilizing your deep technical expertise to influence the design and development of new lodgement features. Working with modern software engineering practices like continuous integration/delivery, test-driven development, and cloud-native architectures, you'll be part of PEXA's proud work culture and highly motivated team.
