Senior Project Engineer — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

Our client is a well-established, Indigenous-owned civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across remote and regional Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their team on two landmark $15 million civil projects in the Northern Territory. Responsibilities: Manage project engineering functions from planning through to completion Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships About You: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure or earthworks projects Proven track record delivering projects in regional or remote areas Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Understanding of ISO-compliant safety and quality systems FIFO or remote project experience highly regarded This is an ideal opportunity for a driven and experienced engineer ready to take the next step and play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil works in a remote NT location.
