The Responsibilities This position involves actively participating in the design process, taking the lead in delivering various projects across diverse building types. While you'll have the autonomy to work independently, support and guidance will be readily available as needed. Additionally, you'll play a key role in mentoring and providing leadership to junior team members. The Requirements This pivotal role offers significant autonomy and responsibility.
