The Role Join a growing team developing next-generation mission systems that integrate secure communications across the battlespace. As a Senior Cyber & Software Engineer, you’ll lead the cyber accreditation and software development of secure C4 systems. This is a hands-on role combining secure software design with system-level problem-solving and client engagement. You’ll contribute to low-level requirements, design, system hardening, and continuous performance improvements, while driving technical conversations across workshops and design reviews. There’s also scope to work on core features controlling deployed network data planes, with a focus on security, performance, and innovation. About You You’re a seasoned software engineer with a solid cyber security foundation. You thrive in technically complex environments where defence-grade security, real-time performance, and collaborative problem-solving intersect. You’re confident working with government or regulated environments and are just as comfortable writing code as you are presenting in a design review. If you’ve got experience with Software Defined Networking, all the better – this team is at the frontier of secure, scalable tactical communications.
