What You’ll Be Doing Design & build scalable, resilient back-end services using Java, and Spring Boot. Enhance platform reliability with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP). Collaborate on AI-powered projects , applying innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Influence best practices & architectural decisions across engineering teams. Work across the stack when needed (occasional front-end work, but backend is the focus). What You’ll Bring ✅ 8 years of Java/Kotlin development experience (backend or full stack). ✅ Strong knowledge of Spring Boot , microservices , and scalable architectures . ✅ Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes . ✅ Passion for high-quality code, performance, and engineering best practices . ✅ Ability to drive technical improvements and mentor engineers without formal management.
